$175 activation fee plus parts, for the first half hour

Wi-Fi Controller Install:

$450 - 6-zone controller$475 - 8-zone controller$525 - 12-zone controller$550 - 16-zone controller

Manifold Rebuilds, including all parts and labor.

$399 1st valve, $299 each valve thereafter.We use compression fittings and swivel adapters to ensure any possible future damage can be repaired quickly and efficiently. For manifold rebuilds that have at least four zones we waive the trip charge as a courtesy.

Backflow repairs:

Starting at:$750 for 1"$700 for 3/4"

Sprinkler shut off valve replacement:

Stop and waste Valve per foot depth, plus parts $650 Inhouse shut off valve with spigot $750

Additional Premiums

BREAKS UNDER TREES:

We will not repair any lateral breaks within 5 feet of the trunk of a well established tree due to the difficulty of excavation.

Work under silver maple or locusts (due to the difficulty of digging):

$199/hour

PVC lateral lines (pvc lines after the valve to the spray heads):

We will not service any sprinkler system that has PVC pipes going to the spray heads. Please verify that you do not have this type of piping throughout your yard before requesting service.
In order to best serve our clients and ensure everyone's system can be serviced as efficiently as possible, we will be assigning dates at the beginning of each week and notifying clients of a general time the day prior to their appointed date.
